Easy Beef Casserole Recipes

When it comes to easy beef casseroles, there are thousands of different recipes one can make. Beef Casseroles are great for potlucks and can be a fan favorite for all crowds. From corned beef to a bacon cheeseburger casserole, these will satisfy all types of meat lovers.
Easy Ground Beef Casserole


2 lbs lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
8 oz macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
8 oz sour cream
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 t salt
1/4 t black pepper

- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the beef, garlic, salt, and pepper until meat is browned. Drain.
- In the same pan, add the tomato sauce and onion and mix everything together.
- In a different pan, cook the noodles by instructions on package
- In a seperate bowl, mix together cream cheese and sour cream
- In a casserole dish, layer it with the noodles, cheese mixture, and meat mixture
- Top with cheese
- Bake for 40-45 minutes


Southwest Pasta Bake


8 oz corkscrew pasta, cooked and drained
1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
3/4 c prepared medium picante sauce or salsa
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg
1/4 t ground cumin
1/4 t black pepper
16 oz cottage cheese
10 oz package frozen corn, thawed and drained

- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the beef until browned. Drain fat
- In a seperate pan, cook the pasta according to the directions on the package
- In a bowl, mix together the beef salsa and corn
- In a seperate bowl mix together the egg, cottage cheese, pepper, and cumin.
- In a casserole dish, pour half the beef mixture into the bottom. Next add the pasta.
- Add the remaining beef mixture and top with cheese
- Bake for 35-40 minutes
