Bisquick Breakfast Casserole Recipes

Bisquick Breakfast Casserole

1 lb sausage
8 ea eggs
2 c milk
1 c bisquick
1/2 c monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c cheddar cheese

- Turn oven on to 325 degrees
- In a pan, cook the sausage until browned. Drain Fat
- Mix the eggs, milk, and bisquick together and make sure to stir well
- In a casserole dish, layer the sausage on the bottom. Top with the jack cheese
- Pour egg mixture over sausage and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top
- Bake for 50 minutes

This bisquick breakfast casserole recipe is very easy and simple.

1 c. bacon or ham or sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 pt. half & half or milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
10 eggs


- In a bowl, mix the butter, half and half, eggs, pepper, mustard, salt, and bisquick. Refrigerate overnight
- Turn oven to 325 degrees
- In a pan, cook the sausage, ham, or bacon until browned.
- Add the meat to the bottom of the casserole dish
- Pour egg mixture over meat
- Bake for 1 hour


Easy Bisquick Breafast Casserole

•1 poundSausage
•4 wholeEggs
•1 cupBisquick Mix
•1 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
•2 cupsMilk

- Turn oven to 400 degrees
- In a pan, cook the sausage until brown. Drain fat
- In a seperate bowl, mix the eggs, bisquick, milk, and cheese
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish.
- Add the sausage and top with cheddar cheese
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
