Eggs Benedict Breakfast Casserole Recipe
6 English muffins
10-12 ounces Canadian bacon
8 large eggs
2 cups reduced-fat milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
easy hollandaise sauce
Directions for Eggs Benedict Breakfast Casserole
Turn oven to 375 degrees
1. Cut muffins into half inch cubes. Also cut the canadian bacon into half inch squares
2. Mix the eggs, milk, and onion powder
3. In a casserole dish, start with adding half the canadian bacon, followed by the english muffin cubes. Top with remaining canadian bacon. Pour the eggs over the casserole mixture.
Cook for 45 minutes to an hour
