Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe


   1 egg
   1/2 cup milk
   2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into chunks
   1 cup plain dried bread crumbs
   1 cup oil for frying
   8 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
   8 ounces cubed ham
   1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
   1 cup milk

Directions for Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe

- Turn oven on to 350 Degrees
- Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl
- Stir in the chicken chuncks to coat
- In a skillet, fry the chicken until golden brown
- Place the chicken cubes into the casserole dish
- Add in the swiss cheese and him
- Stir in the cream of chicken soup and cup of milk
- Bake for 30 minutes

Seriously good! For the chicken cordon bleu casseroe recipe, I doubled the cheese and ham. This casserole was awesome!
