Hearty Seafood Casserole Recipe


1 pound shrimp
1 pound sea chunks (imitation crab)
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tablespoon butter
3 tablspoon flour
1 cup milk
Bread crumbs
Directions for Hearty Seafood Casserole Recipe

- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Peel the shrimp
- In a pan, melt the butter and mix in flour to make a paste
- Add in milk and stir to make a white sauce
- Add in the canned soups and mix together
- Add in the shrimp, seafood, and egg slices
- Place the shrimp mixture into a casserole dish
- Bake for 35 minutes

My daughter-in-law made this hearty seafood casserole recipe for me on my birthday. We all LOVED it, and I will ask for it again on my next birthday.
