Fish Tomato Casserole Recipe


1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes or 4 fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut in eighths
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pound cod or haddock fillets
1/2 cup chopped parsley or dill
1 tablespoon butter
Directions for Fish Tomato Casserole Recipe

- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a casserole dish, add the tomatoes
- Top with chives, salt, sugar, and pepper
-  Next add the fish fillets to the casserole dishes
- Bake for 20 minutes
