Captain Jacks Seafood Casserole


1/2 cup chopped celerly
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
2 slices bread
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 cup cooked rice
2 tablespoon butter
1 pound crawfish tails or shrimp
Directions for Captain Jacks Seafood Casserole

- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the onions, green peppers, garlic, and celery in butter until tender
- Add in the seafood and cook for about 3 minutes
- Mix in the soup, parsley, lemon jice, rice, and seasonings
- Add in bread slices after soaking in milk
- Add the seafood mixture into a casserole dish
- Top with paprika
- Bake for 30 minutes

Absolutely Fabulous! For the Captain Jacks Seafood Casserole Recipe,  I used jumbo gulfport shrimp and made 2 smaller casseroles from the one recipe.My husband finished his but I couldn't finish mine
