Baked Fruit Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 large orange or 2 small oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
1 stick butter
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
Dash salt
1/2 cup coconut
1 can sliced pineapple, halved
1 can pear halves, quartered
1 can peaches, quartered
1 small jar maraschino cherries
Directions for Baked Fruit Casserole Recipe

- Turn oven on to 375 degrees
- In a pan, melt the butter
- Add in the oranges, sugar, salt, and flour
- Cook until thickened
- Add in the juice from the pineapple and cherries while they cook
- Add in the coconut
- Add the fruit mixture into a casserole dish
- Bake for 20 minutes

I made this baked fruit casserole recipe as a dessert for my husband. He was very hesitant and didn't like the sound of apples and cheese together. After his first bite, he LOVED it.
