Chicken Mexican Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
    1/4 cup milk
    2/3 cup sour cream
    8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
    6 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
    2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions for Chicken Mexican Casserole Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, mix together the soups, milk, chili peppers, milk, and sour cream
- In a casserole dish, add in strips of tortilla chips
- Layer half of the soup mixture, half of the chicken, half of the shredded cheese
- Repeat layers ending with cheese
- Bake chicken mexican casserole for 1 hour
This was a delicious chicken mexican casserole recipe and easy to prepare. I added in some sauteed onions to the chicken along with fajita seasoning
