Spaghetti Casserole with Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
1 (10 -16 ounce) package thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 (28 ounce) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, seeded, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese or 8 ounces neufchatel cheese
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
parmesan cheese, grated
Directions for Spaghetti Casserole with Cream Cheese

- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- Cook the spaghetti following directions and place in casserole dish.
- In a pan, cook the beef until browned
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and heat until warm
- In a pan, saute the onions and peppers
- Add in cream cheese and cook until melted
- Pour half of beef sauce into casserole dish
- Pour cream cheese into casserole
- Pour rest of meat sauce into casserole
- Top with Parmesan cheese
- Cook for 40 minutes
