Royal Seafood Casserole Recipe


1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 small onion
1/2 cup milk
Salt, pepper, cayenne to taste
2 pounds raw shrimp, cooked and cleaned
1/2 pound lump crabmeat
3/4 cup diced celery
1 1/2 teaspoon minced parsley
3/4 cup uncooked white long grain rice, cooked until dry and fluffy
Slivered almonds
Directions for Royal Seafood Casserole Recipe

- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, mix together the soup and mayo
- Add in the onion and milk
- Add in the seasoning (go heavy on it)
- Add in the remaining ingredients except for the paprika and almonds
- Add the shrimp mixture into a casserole dish
- Top with paprika and almonds
- Bake for 30 minutes
