Pork Sausage Macaroni Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds pork sausage

1 cup diced onion

1 cup green pepper, diced

1 large can tomatoes

2 cups sour cream

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

2 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

Grated cheese

Directions for Pork Sausage Macaroni Casserole Recipe

- Turn oven on to 350 degrees

- In a pan, cook the sausage, green pepper, and onion until browned

- Add in the rest of the ingredients including macaroni and simmer for 30 minutes

- Pour the pork sausge macaroni mixture into a casserole dish

- Top with grated cheese

- Bake for 20 minutes
