Lasagna Casserole Recipe

2 pounds ground beef
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
4 green onions, chopped
12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

Directions for Lasagna Casserole Recipe
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees
- In a pan, cook the beef until browned
- Mix in the tomato sauce, pepper, garlic powder, and salt
- Bring to a boil, reduce, and let simmer for 15 min
- In a bowl, Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until smooth
- Add half of the beef mixture into casserole dish
- Add 2 - 3 noodles into casserole
- Top with half cup of cream cheese mixture and 2/3 cups of the ground beef mixture
- Repeat layers
- Finished with cheddar cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes

I have made this lasagna casserole recipe for years. The only thing I do different is I use Ragu in place of the sauce and I do not mix the cheese in the cream cheese
